This may sound like it is going to be your run of the mill New Year post, but “out with the old” was not exactly the idea I had for my blog.
You see, during the break when I had the itch (and the time) to finally blog, I realized that my domain name expired accidentally, and I had lost all of my blog content. That is 5 years worth of posts, recipes, photos, and links. I was devastated, but knew that there was no way I could get it back. I did not want this to stop me from ever blogging again, so I got a new domain name, a new site design, and here we are!
I started this blog during graduate school because my creativity bucket felt empty amidst all of the research papers and multiple choice exams that go along with getting an MPH. I was feeling the same way after completing my second quarter of nursing school, and would really like to make time to blog again.
Please bear with me as I rebuild my blog with new and delicious recipes, tips to live a more mindful life, and updates on my world as a mother, wife, and student.
